Project Details
A large scale health & employee company is launching a net new program to streamline the customer experience for using the healthcare, lifestyle, supplemental and savings benefits to employer, payer and medicare customers.

As part of an outreach, the marketing & strategy team planned to come up with a dual intent marketing website which is both customer facing and also used by the sales team for marketing purposes. 
My Role
I was the lead researcher on the project. I was tasked with evaluating the usability and to validate the intent of the project. I worked in conjunction with product managers, designer and key stakeholders from the marketing and insights team
