Project Details
The project is aimed to provide a seamless self-service tool that provides better experience for users to order and or refill their prescription medicines. The tool shall also be capable of providing the best prices comparing the prices with market rates.
My Role
I had worked as a lead design researcher for this project. I started by conducting user research and then translated the actionable insights into high fidelity prototype. I've worked closely with Product Managers, RX providers and Agile IT development teams to successfully deliver this project on multiple platforms.
